We begin engagements with our free Inspiration workshop (see next panel).

This enables us, together, to discuss the potential of Intelligent Process Automation within your organisation. We gain insight into your organisation and where you are on your journey. You gain initial insight and inspiration on how you can accelerate your journey.

At this point, there’s no commitment for you to engage with us further, but if you can see value in continuing, we’ll arrange a follow-on discussion to scope how we can help.

These follow-on discussions typically focus on defining a work package. We find that agreeing a fixed price incremental series of work packages works much better than the typical day rate based consultancy approach. It enables you to know what you’re paying for and for us to demonstrate our value by achieving specific outcomes. If you would prefer a different approach we are happy to accommodate this though.
